The event by state-run int'l cultural organization to start Saturday at Ulker Sports Arena in Turkey's biggest city

Yunus Emre Institute to hold 'Turkish festival' in Istanbul
Turkey's Yunus Emre Institute is set to hold a cultural event called “Voice of 1000 Years: Turkish Festival” on Saturday, bringing youngsters from 60 countries who know Turkish. 

Yunus Emre Institute is a Turkish organization established in 2007 with over 30 cultural centers around the world offering cultural, artistic, social and scientific programs. It also holds cultural events to promote Turkey and the Turkish language.

It is named after influential Turkish poet and mystic, Yunus Emre.

The event will start at 2.00 p.m. local time at Ulker Sports Arena located in Atasehir district in Istanbul, the institute announced in a statement on its website.

During the program, training and cultural activities of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA), the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) and the Presidency of Religious Affairs will be promoted.
