Turkish athlete Sahika Ercumen on Thursday broke a second world record in "skin diving without fins rope guided" dive at the sea off Kas in Turkey's Mediterranean coastal town Antalya. 

Middle East Technical University (METU) Underwater Sports Club member Ercumen dived down 72 metres in 2 minutes 51 seconds.

The 29 year old broke METU Sports Club member Derya Can's 71-metres record in "skin diving without fins rope guided" record.

She also broke a world record on Wednesday in "variable weighted caterpillars rope guided dive" by diving 91 meters.
