Four soldiers abducted in southeast Turkey released

The soldiers were reportedly handed to a police station following the efforts of Turkey's minor opposition Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) and they are in good health.  The abducted soldiers - two sergeants and two non-commissioned officers - were on their way back to neighboring city Bingol when their vehicles were intercepted by an unknown group of men who checked the soldiers' identities. After the attackers burned down the vehicles, the Diyarbarkir gendarmerie began a search operation backed by air forces.
