Due to adverse weather conditions, THY cancels 55 domestic and 26 international flights on Thursday

Turkish Airlines cancels flights

Heavy snowfall in Istanbul has led to Turkish Airlines (THY) cancelling 55 domestic and 26 international flights on Thursday. According to THY's official website, domestic flights between Ataturk Airport in Istanbul and the following destinations are canceled Thursday: Diyarbakir, Gaziantep, Trabzon, Adana, Kayseri, Erzurum, Antalya, Denizli, Batman, Mardin, Antalya, Nevsehir, Adiyaman, Kahramanmaras, Sivas and Van. Flights between Istanbul's Sabiha Gokcen Airport and Trabzon, Gaziantep, Ankara and Kars have also been cancelled. Some THY flights between Ankara's Esenboga Airport and the Turkish cities of Sirnak, Van, Gaziantep, Diyarbakir and Kars are also cancelled. The cancelled THY international flights include those between Ataturk Airport and the following cities: Pristina, Donetsk, Tbilisi, Sarajevo, Belgrade, Nuremberg, Baku, Budapest, Stuttgart, Mosul, Tabriz and Tripoli.
