Turkish defense exports up by 19 percent
Turkish aerospace and defense exports rose by 19.1 percent in the first four months of 2014 compared to the same period of the previous year, according to Turkish Exporters Assembly’s data on Wednesday.

According to the data, exports reached $456.664 million in the first four months of the year. Turkey exported $134.220 million worth of aerospace and defense goods just in April.

The list of the top exports destinations is headed by U.S. ($181.81 millions) followed by UAE ($38.726 million), Italy ($34.102 million), Spain ($25.670 million) and Malaysia ($22.293 million).
