Turkish PM Erdogan arrives in Russia

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Thursday has arrived in the Russian city of Saint Petersburg on an official visit.

Erdogan was accompanied by Minister of Foreign Affairs Ahmet Davutoglu, Minister of Economy Zafer Caglayan, Minister of Culture Omer Celik, Minister of Transport Binali Yildirim, and AK Party Deputy Chairman Mevlut Cavusoglu. Erdogan was greeted at the Pulkova Airport at local time 24:00 by Turkey's Ambassador to Moscow Aydin Sezgin and Saint Petersburg Consul Tanju Bilgic. He later met AK Party Deputy Chairman Salih Kapusuz, Anadolu Agency Board Chairman and Director General Kemal Ozturk and businessmen.
