Nuclear deal shows Turkey was right, says Erdogan

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said the agreement reached in Geneva between P5+1 and Iran has proved Turkey`s stance on the issue was right and Turkish argument had been accepted by the world powers. Addressing to the MPs of his ruling Justice and Development Party (AK Party) at the national assembly, Erdogan touched on the deal reached by world powers and Iran on the latter`s nuclear program. Turkish PM also reiterated his criticism towards Egyptian administration who ousted the country`s first democratically elected president Mohammed Morsi with a coup d'état on July 3. "We will continue to tell the truth and stand by the Egyptian people", said Erdogan.  Erdogan also said, "We are connected to the Egyptian people not only through ambassadors, we are connected through our hearts". On Saturday, Egypt had named Turkey`s ambassador in Cairo as "persona non grata". Following the decision, Turkey retaliated and expelled the Egyptian ambassador from the country.
