AC Milan opened transfer season with French winger Menez
French right winger Jeremy Menez, of French Ligue 1 winners Paris Saint-Germain, has signed a three-year-contract with Italian Serie A side AC Milan. The Milanese club announced the signing on their official Twitter account on Saturday, stating: "Jeremy Menez is a red and black player: he signed a contract until June 30, 2017. Welcome Jeremy!"

Not an international player at present, Menez, who can also play as a forward or left winger and whose contract expires on June 30, has scored two goals and made three assists in 26 matches for his former team PSG during the 2013-14 season.

AC Milan's new arrival also played for another Italian Serie A team, Roma, for three seasons between 2008 and 2011.
