Turkish Spor Toto Super League club Trabzonspor is to part ways with its Bosnian manager Vahid Halilhodzic in a mutual agreement, the club announced Saturday.

According to a statement on the club’s website, the parties mutually agreed to terminate Halilhodzic’s contract with the club after four months as head coach. It is reported that the club thanked to him for his efforts and dedication during the time that he managed the team.

Halilhodzic will reportedly be paid €1.6 million corresponding to his one year claim.

As of the eighth week in Turkish top division Spor Toto Super League, Trabzonspor are in 12th position with 9 points.

Meanwhile in UEFA Europa League Group L, the "Black Sea Storm" are in second spot with 7 points and 2 games to spare.
