Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Sunday that "Turkey will do what is necessary against those who violate our borders."

Attending an opening ceremony in Turkey's eastern Malatya city, Erdogan argued that there is a "murderer" regime in Syria that killed at least 110,000 people. "Turkey will always take sides with the right people and peace, but against war. We definetely do and will do what is necessary against those who violate our borders," he noted. Turkish Premier Erdogan also remarked on the July 3  military coup inEgypt and the following incidents. "Those who disregard the will of Egyptian people mounted the military coup. The man, who is both the Chief of Staff and the National Defense Minister of the first democratically elected President of Egypt, staged the coup. They killed thousands of people, claimed lives of the Egyptian youth," he concluded. Among the other attendees of the ceremony were Turkish Minister of Food, Agriculture and Livestock Mehdi Eker, Minister of Youth and Sports Suat Kilic, Minister of Development Cevdet Yilmaz, Minister of National Defense Ismet Yilmaz, Minister of Finance Mehmet Simsek, Minister of Transport, Maritime & Communication Binali Yildirim and Minister of National Education Nabi Avci.
