Body of TV presenter killed in car accident flown to Lebanon

The body of 30-year-old U.S. citizen and Press TV presenter who was killed in a car accident in Turkey is flown to Lebanon’s capital, Beirut early Wednesday.

The body of an American television presenter of Lebanese descent who died in a car accident on Sunday in the southeast of Turkey was flown to the Lebanese capital Beirut early on Wednesday. 

Thirty year-old mother of two, Serena Shim worked for Iran's television network, Press TV and was returning from conducting interviews in the town of Suruc in Sanliurfa when the rental car she and her cameraman were travelling in crashed into a concrete mixer. 

Serena Shim’s corpse was sent to Beirut from Istanbul early Wednesday after an autopsy at Sanliurfa Forensic Medicine Institution.
