EU approves 10th package of sanctions against Russia

EU countries agreed on a new package of sanctions against Russia, following the 1st anniversary of the Russia-Ukraine War. The sanctions included new trade bans against Russia, export controls on products and technologies that could be used for both civilian and military purposes, and additional restrictions on unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) shippers. The new package is thought to be a message to Russia and to Iran, which allegedly sent drones.
