In the statement, it was emphasized that the South Korean army is prepared against the potential provocations of North Korea, and that the movements of North Korea are closely followed. It was stated that during the intervention, there was contact between a South Korean patrol ship and a Chinese fishing boat as a result of reduced visibility due to bad weather conditions.
