The Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine reported that 499 children lost their lives in the country as a result of Russia's armed aggression. More than 1090 children were injured to varying degrees.

In a statement made by the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, it was stated that a large number of children in Ukraine were affected by the large-scale war launched by Russia. "According to official information received from child prosecutors, 499 children were killed and more than 1090 children were injured to varying degrees," the statement said. The statement said.

Pointing out that these figures are not final, the statement said, "Work is underway to determine these figures in places where combat operations are being conducted, in temporarily occupied and liberated areas."

The statement added that 483 children in Donetsk region, 129 in Kharkov region, 117 in Kherson region, 97 in Zaporizhia, 95 in Mykolaiv region, 94 in Dnipropetrovsk, 71 in Chernigiv region and 67 in Luhansk region were affected by the war.
