An agreement was signed between Türkiye and Russia, which makes tourists happy, as we go step by step into the summer months. Reciprocal flights will be increased in air transportation between the two countries. In the written statement made by the Ministry of Transport of Russia, the following statements were given:
"The request for 49 additional flights to Russia per week between the Russian aviation authority and Turkish airline companies in order to implement the agreements accepted at the highest level between Türkiye and Russia was accepted by the Russian aviation authorities. Reminding that there are currently 629 weekly reciprocal flights on different routes, it was stated that with the agreement, flights between Russia and Türkiye could exceed 1,300 per week.
