Famous actor Ben Affleck comes to Istanbul after many years

The number of visitors to Istanbul, a popular destination for Hollywood stars this year, is increasing. Finally, famous actor Ben Affleck came to Türkiye again after many years. Affleck directed and starred in the 2012 film "Argo", part of which was shot in Istanbul and won three Oscars, including Best Picture.

Affleck, who preferred Istanbul for vacation with his daughters Violet Anne and Seraphina Rose Elizabeth and his son Samuel Garner, emphasized that Istanbul is his favorite city in his interviews with the press. 

Affleck arrived in Istanbul by private plane and stayed at a well-known hotel in Sultanahmet Square, one of the most popular tourist attractions of Istanbul, visited the Grand Bazaar, and had dinner at a restaurant on the Bosphorus. It was learned that Affleck's wife, famous singer, and actress Jennifer Lopez, did not accompany Affleck due to her busy work schedule.

According to local sources, Ben Affleck's Istanbul vacation will continue until August 10.
