Finnish band Insomnium to come to Türkiye for concert

Finnish melodic death metal band Insomnium, known for combining death metal with Finnish folk melodies and sad lyrics, will take the stage in Türkiye's Istanbul. Founded in 1997, the band will meet their fans at Istanbul's most popular district, Taksim, on September 8 as part of the tour of their latest album "Anno 1696" released this year.

"Making art is always a battle with yourself, it's about beating yourself up and both channeling and enduring the strong emotions that rise up inside of you. But when you manage to successfully complete your creative process, not many things can beat that small moment of triumph. To chase after that fleeting moment, that's why we've been doing this for 25 years," said Insomnium, who excited their fans with their Istanbul concert.
