Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez are divorcing. Famous singer Grande filed a divorce petition with the court in Los Angeles yesterday. A source familiar with the matter told CNN that the singer cited "incompatibility" as the reason for the divorce.
Grande, who attracted attention by not wearing her ring for a while, was last seen at Wimbledon again without her ring. It has been rumored for a while that Grande and Gomez, who have been separated since January due to the filming of the film "Wicked", had problems in their marriage.
Grande and Gomez got married in 2021. The couple entered the world in a ceremony with less than 20 guests. Grande later shared the wedding photos from their home in Montecito on her Instagram page with the caption "5.15.21".
The wedding, in which Grande wore a Vera Wang wedding dress and Gomez wore a Tom Ford suit, took place two years after Grande's engagement to comedian Pete Davidson.
Grande and Gomez made their relationship public for the first time with the release of Grande's 2020 song "Stuck with U", which Grande sang with Justin Bieber. Gomez appeared in the music video for the song.
In the same year, Grande and Gomez announced their engagement.
