According to the documents obtained by People magazine, King said that his wife, with whom he was in the process of reconciliation, was kidnapped from the hotel where they were staying together by 4 people hired by Cher.
"Four men came to our room and took Allman away. The men said they were hired by Allman's mother," King said and expressed concern about his wife's health.
Cher's press adviser did not make a statement about the allegations. Allman and Marie King were married in 2013.
