The Israeli army must protect its land and its people, this is war and no one should expect civilization from them, Jon Voight, the father of American actress Angelina Jolie, said in a video posted on the social media platform X.
In a video shot in front of the American flag, Voight referred to Israel and Palestine as "the holy land for Jews and the land of God."
"The Israeli army must protect its land, its people. This is a war. It cannot proceed in a civilized way as the left thinks," he said.
Voight also made a statement regarding his daughter Jolie's comments that Gaza has become a "mass grave" in her social media posts.
"I was disappointed that my daughter, like many others, did not understand the honour of God, the truths of God," Voight added.
