Members of Blackpink, one of the world's most famous K-pop groups, came together at a special event at Buckingham Palace in England.
The most popular girl group from South Korea was a guest of the royal family for dinner in the capital London with Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol and his wife Kim Keon Hee.
"It is inspiring to see Korea's younger generation. I applaud Jennie, Jisoo, Lisa, and Rose, collectively known as Blackpink, for their role in taking the message of environmental sustainability to a global audience as the United Kingdom's Ambassadors for the Presidency of COP 26 (United Nations Conference on Climate Change) and later as advocates for the UN Sustainability Report," King Charles said.
"I admire them for being global stars but also for being able to prioritize vital issues," he added.
