The Kishida Fumio government aims to increase aid to Ukraine before February 24, the first anniversary of Russia's attacks.
Speaking at the symposium he gave in the capital Tokyo, Japanese Prime Minister Kishida Fumio announced that 5.5 billion dollars would be given financial aid to Ukraine.
