CIA made video for spy hunting

| Last update :

The CIA launched a new effort to take advantage of what US intelligence officials believed to be an "unprecedented" opportunity to persuade Russians dissatisfied with the war in Ukraine and life in Russia to share their secrets, and posted a cunningly produced, cinematic recruitment video online.

While the conflicts between Ukraine and Russia continued, the US took an interesting step.

Through a video posted on their social media accounts, the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) announced to people in Russia that they would be hired if they shared information about their daily lives.

While emphasizing that the Americans care about the Russians, it was stated that the published video did not contain "evil purpose" and did not target Russian President Vladimir Putin.

THEIR IDENTITY WILL BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL

According to the information conveyed by the Ihlas News Agency, in the video published, it was mentioned about the pressure of the CIA officials on the opposition voices of Russia since the war, independent journalism and the information that hundreds of thousands of Russian men sent to the front fled from the war.

It was also underlined that those who provide information in return for information obtained from Russia will be "protected, their identities will be kept confidential and their security will be ensured".
