China speaks on Erdogan victory, says 'We are ready to work together'
The Chinese Foreign Ministry announced that Beijing congratulates President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on his re-election as president. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning expressed his country's wish for Türkiye to achieve new successes under Erdogan's leadership.
Messages of congratulations to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan continue to come from all over the world.
China also joined the caravan of countries congratulating President Erdogan on his victory.
Speaking at the regular press conference held in the capital Beijing, Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Mao Ning congratulated President Erdogan on his re-election to office, Anadolu reported.
PRESIDENT ERDOGAN'S LEADERSHIP HIGHLIGHTED
Stating that they are ready to work together to take relations between Türkiye and China to new levels, Ning commented, "We support Türkiye to follow the development path in accordance with its national realities and believe that it will make new achievements in development under the leadership of President Erdogan."
The Chinese spokesperson noted that Türkiye and China have achieved benefit of the people of both countries from the cooperation carried out in different fields under the guidance of the leaders of the two states in recent years.
