In Lebanon, a fight broke out between a journalist and the former Minister of Environment during a TV program discussing the country's problems.

In a program on Beirut-based MTV channel discussing Lebanon's current problems, journalist Simon Abu Fadel and former Environment Minister Wiham Wahab had a dispute over differences of opinion.

Fadel and Wahab first verbally sparred with each other in the live broadcast program, and then, despite all the interventions of the moderator, they did not listen to each other and started insulting each other.

When Wahab threw a pen at Fadel, the argument soon turned into a fist fight. Afterwards, some guests in the studio also got involved in the fight, Ihlas reported.
