North Korean leader Kim Jong-un made statements after his meeting with Russian President Putin. Kim stated that Putin is waging a holy struggle and announced his full support for the leader.

North Korea will always support Russian President Vladimir Putin, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un said after a meeting with Putin, Ihlas News Agency reported.

"We have supported and will support all the decisions of Putin and the Russian government," Kim emphasized.

'RUSSIA WAGING A HOLY STRUGGLE'

Kim Jong-Un thanked Putin for Russia's support for them. He spoke about Russia's tensions with Western countries and the war in Ukraine.

"Russia is waging a holy struggle to defend its state sovereignty and protect its security against the hegemonic powers that oppose it. We now want to develop our relations further," Kim said.

"We have supported and will support all the decisions of President Putin and the Russian government. We will always be together in building a sovereign state that fights against imperialism,” he added.

SOUTH KOREA CONFIRMED

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida instructed relevant ministers to continue information gathering and analysis activities and to provide accurate information to the public as soon as possible. The South Korean General Staff also confirmed Pyongyang's latest test and announced that the missiles were fired from the Sunan region. It was announced that the missiles were short-range ballistic missiles.
