Lebanon has decided to report to the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) against Israel for border violations. Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati expressed that they have big concerns about their country.

Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati stated that they will file an urgent complaint to the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) against Israel for border violations and said that their country is "in the middle of a storm".

Mikati made statements after the Council of Ministers meeting at the Government Palace. He stated that he instructed Foreign Minister Abdallah Buhabib to file a complaint to the UNSC immediately due to Israel's repeated violations against Lebanon.

"Lebanon is caught in the middle of a war. What is happening in southern Lebanon is of deep concern," Mikati said.

REGIONAL WAR

According to the Lebanese official agency NNA, Foreign Minister Abdallah Buhabib held a telephone conversation with his Austrian counterpart Alexander Schallenberg.

Speaking about Israel's attacks on Gaza, Buhabib warned that if Israel's attacks on the Gaza Strip are not prevented, a regional war may break out.
