President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will attend the 8th Extraordinary Islamic Summit in Saudi Arabia's capital Riyadh, which will be organized to address Israel's attacks on the occupied Palestinian territories, especially Gaza, and the Palestinian people, according to the statement made by the Presidential Communications Directorate.

At the summit, representatives of the Islamic world are expected to exchange ideas on concrete steps to be taken in the face of the developments.

President Erdogan, who will address the Summit session, is also expected to hold bilateral meetings with the participating leaders on the sidelines of the meeting.
