Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan condemned those who killed non-Muslims in a shopping mall in Kenya, adding that Islam is a religion of peace. Erdogan said he was against all initiatives that would associate Islam with terrorism. In a public address in the southern province of Adana, Erdogan expressed hope that the upcoming religious festival (Eid al-Adha) would bring unity to the Islamic world and also condemned Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. “More than 100,000 brothers of ours have been killed in Syria by tyrant Assad… but Assad will go sooner or later; we never respect those who do not respect the will of the people” Prime Minister also said on Syria. Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan was in Adana for various inaugurations in the city.
