During the night, Russia attacked two student dormitories and an educational institution in the city of Rzhyshchiv in the Kyiv region. District Police Chief Andrii Nebytov said that 20 people were injured in the attack and 4 people died. Explaining that the injured were taken to the hospital, Nebytov stated that the search for the people who were reported missing after the attack continues.

According to the news of Ihlas News Agency, it was learned that most of the 4th and 5th floors of the 5-storey dormitory buildings were destroyed in the attack, while other buildings were also damaged. The Ukrainian army announced that 16 of the 21 unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Russia used more than 20 Iranian-made drones and a large number of missiles in the attack. "Every time someone tries to use the word 'peace' in Moscow, another order is given for such attacks. The successes of Ukrainian forces on land, in the air and at sea bring peace closer," Zelenskyy said.
