Biggest disaster in Derna: 11 thousand dead
In the flood disaster in Libya’s Derna as a result of excessive rainfall and negligence, a difficult struggle is being carried out to collect lifeless bodies and find the missing. The bodies of the people dragged into the sea by the flood waters are hitting the shore day by day. While the smell of corpses is rising from the city, specially dressed and masked workers are collecting bodies from the beach.
