Biggest disaster in Derna: 11 thousand dead
In the flood disaster in Libya’s Derna as a result of excessive rainfall and negligence, a difficult struggle is being carried out to collect lifeless bodies and find the missing. Damage increasing in flood disaster in Libya

Boat carrying 500 migrants lost in Mediterranean Sea
It was announced that the boat with approximately 500 irregular migrants trying to cross the Mediterranean Sea was lost. Efforts have started in the Mediterranean Sea to find the missing people.
2.5 tons of uranium reported missing in Libya
UN nuclear inspectors reported that a total of 10 barrels of uranium were lost in the region in Libya. Uranium was equivalent to about 2.5 tons. It was said that the situation may pose a radiological risk.
73 migrants presumed dead
According to the UN agency, a ship carrying migrants crashed off the coast of Libya. The UN declared 73 migrants who disappeared in the accident dead. Only 7 people survived the shipwreck.
