Youngest Turk to swim across North Channel

22-year-old swimmer Aysu Turkoglu became the first Turkish woman and the youngest Turkish athlete to swim across the North Channel between Northern Ireland and Scotland.

Turkish National Swimmer Ranked 3rd in the World

Turkish swimmer Sumeyye Boyaci qualified for the 2024 Paris Paralympic Games by coming third at the Paralympic Swimming World Championships in England. Sevilay Ozturk, another Turkish swimmer competing in the same category, came fifth in the world.

Turkish swimmer sets sights on national team 

Beyza Nur Sezgin is aiming for new heights by joining the Turkish National Swimming Team despite having no legs and a left arm. 'I want to represent my country in domestic and international organizations,’ says Sezgin. Sezgin has amassed 13 swimming medals but said her biggest goal is to join the national team.
