Turkish swimmer Sumeyye Boyaci qualified for the 2024 Paris Paralympic Games by coming third at the Paralympic Swimming World Championships in England. Sevilay Ozturk, another Turkish swimmer competing in the same category, came fifth in the world.

Turkish national swimmer Sumeyye Boyaci won a bronze medal in the women's 50-meter backstroke category at the Paralympic Swimming World Championships in England.

According to the statement made by the Turkish National Paralympic Committee, Sumeyye managed to come third in the women's 50-meter backstroke S5 category with a time of 43.32.

The Turkish national swimmer, who qualified for the bronze medal, qualified for the Paralympic Games to be held in Paris in 2024 with her success in the championship.
