Bayern Munich CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen stated that a detailed discussion was held about 25-year-old footballer Noussair Mazraoui's social media post in support of Palestine.

"As a pacifist, Noussair Mazraoui has convincingly expressed to us his firm rejection of terrorism and war. He regrets that his posts have caused offense," he said.

Dreesen stated that Mazraoui condemned all forms of terrorism and all terrorist organizations.

In the statement made on the club's website, it was stated that Mazraoui will continue to wear the Bayern Munich jersey, while it was noted that the player cannot take part in the squad at the moment due to the injury he suffered in the Moroccan National Team.
