Tesla, the electric vehicle company owned by Elon Musk, manages to make a name for itself with its success and the products it offers. However, according to the news published by Futurism, the company is on the agenda this time with the claim that the design of one of its sound products was stolen.

CAT BED DESIGN

Tesla made a change and offered a cat bed called Cybertruck for sale in June. This product, which remains the concept of the company, managed to attract attention. However, the Tesla Cybertruck design is quite similar to the cat bed design of another Chinese company called Hulumao.

The cat bed of the company called Hulumao received a design award in 2017, that is before Cybertruck came out. The company called Hulumao, which shared on its Instagram account, addressed Elon Musk, stating that the two products are quite similar and claimed that its design was stolen.

"Mr. Musk, even though we don't know each other, thank you very much for promoting and selling our product with the Tesla logo on it in China. By the way, we are sure that we never produced this model for Tesla in China, nor did we license the design to you. There must be some misunderstanding about this,” Hulumao said.

No statement has been made by Elon Musk or Tesla executives regarding the claim that the design was stolen. However, social media users agree that the two products are quite similar.
