Elon Musk looking for Turkish speaking Starlink representative
SpaceX is preparing to launch Starlink internet service in Türkiye. The US-based company is looking for a Starlink representative who speaks Turkish. Starlink's official website, satellite internet for Türkiye is defined as 'coming soon'. The other two descriptions are 'available' and 'waiting list'.
Billionaire businessman Elon Musk's space company SpaceX offers Starlink service, a satellite internet network in many parts of the world. When Starlink will come to Türkiye has been a matter of curiosity for years. The expected dates for Starlink had been postponed several times, but now in 2024, SpaceX's Starlink internet service in Türkiye has been finalized to offer.
In fact, in the service map on Starlink's official website, satellite internet for Türkiye is defined as "coming soon". The other two descriptions are 'Available' and 'Waiting list'.
On the other hand, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan recently hosted Elon Musk, founder and CEO of SpaceX, at the Turkish House (Türkevi) in New York, USA. During the meeting with Musk, Starlink service was also discussed, Erdogan requested the establishment of a Tesla factory in Türkiye as well as the launch of Starlink service.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR STARLINK TURKEY CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE
According to the published advertisement, to be a 'customer representative' at SpaceX;
-High school diploma or equivalency certificate,
-More than 1 year of experience in a customer support position,
-Have a good command of English and Turkish.
Other features and requirements are as follows:
-Must be available to work on holidays,
-Living in Hawthorne, CA (California / USA) area (no remote working possibility),
-Must be available to work 10-12 hours per day in one or more of the following shifts:
1st shift: Alternative Weekday Programme (06:00 - 18:00)

-Customer Support Officer/Level 1: US$ 22.00/hour - US$ 220 per day for 10 hours of work.
-Customer Support Officer/Level 2: USD 24.50/hour - USD 245 per day for 10 hours of work.
