X (formerly Twitter) recently introduced a new feature that allows users to broadcast live video on the platform. Broadcasters can now start a new era by sharing their games on X. Elon Musk broadcasted the moments he played Blizzard's Diablo IV game live on his social media account. With this broadcast, Musk also demonstrated the video game broadcasting feature being tested for X.

Earlier in June 2023, Musk had hinted that X was considering adding a feature for streamers. Twitch recently introduced new rules that directly affected streamers monetizing branded content. Following this, many players stopped broadcasting and turned to alternatives. In other words, Musk aims to do everything from live broadcasting to job advertisements on X, and he is taking steps step by step toward this goal.

Also, Elon Musk said that his social media platform X could soon be fully paid. Musk argued that the only way to combat bot or "automated" accounts is to develop a payment system for X.

WHAT HAPPENED

Musk, who also owns Tesla and SpaceX companies, bought Twitter for 44 billion dollars in October 2022. Elon Musk, after buying the social media giant Twitter and then changing its name to X, this time set his sights on live broadcasts. While the famous billionaire has made radical changes in X so far, his biggest motto for this application is 'an application for everything'.
