Voting process started in Kosovo for Turkish elections

Voting procedures have started for the Presidential and 28th Term Parliamentary Elections to be held in Türkiye on 14 May in Prizren and Pristina regions of Kosovo.

Before the Presidential and 28th Term Parliamentary Elections to be held in Türkiye on May 14, citizens abroad go to the polls to vote.

Turkish citizens living in Kosovo will cast their votes on Saturday and Sunday. Turkish voters in Kosovo started voting today at the Turkish Embassy in Kosovo and the Consulate General in Prizren.

Celal Dogan, Consul General of the Republic of Türkiye in Prizren, cast the first vote. Dogan stated that there were around 750 voters. He said that the rate of voting abroad is increasing day by day.

Dogan stated that the voting process will continue tomorrow and will end at 09:00 pm local time.
