In the runoff of the presidential elections, voters who could not go to the polls due to illness or disability were given 'mobile ballot boxes' and citizens used this application to cast their votes.

Voting for the runoff of the May 14 elections has begun and Türkiye has gone to the polls since the morning hours. On May 14, since the candidates failed to get the absolute majority in the presidential election, ballot boxes were set up all over the country again to determine the new president. Voters who could not go to the polls due to illness or disability had mobile ballot boxes delivered to their homes.

ADIYAMAN

The polling officials took the portable booth to the homes of the Erdil couple and Sümeyye Sahin and informed them about the voting process. 18-year-old Sümeyye Sahin wished the elections to be auspicious. Stating that she could not go to vote due to her illness, Sahin thanked the officials who came to her house.

90-year-old Osman Erdil stated that he could not go to school to vote and thanked the teams who brought the ballot box to his house. It was learned that 16 voters in Adiyaman center who could not go to the polls due to illness or disability will benefit from the "mobile ballot box" application.

KIRKLARELI

Kirklareli Provincial Election Board officials took a mobile ballot box to the home of 94-year-old Veli Akıncıoğlu, who lives in Karakas Neighborhood and is too ill to go to vote.

The polling station officials placed the portable ballot box in Akincioglu's room and informed him about the voting process. Akincioglu then carried out the voting process. Akincioglu said he was happy to vote. It was learned that 18 voters in the center of Kirklareli, who could not go to the polls due to illness or disability, will benefit from the "mobile ballot box" application.

TEKİRDAG AND EDİRNE

In Tekirdag, voters who cannot go to the polls due to illness or disability cast their votes by taking advantage of the "mobile ballot box" application.  Provincial Election Board officials took a mobile ballot box to the house of 61-year-old Ratibe Peker, who lives in Cınarlı Neighborhood and cannot go to vote due to her illness.

Polling station officials informed Peker about the voting process. Peker thanked the officials after casting her vote. In Tekirdag center, 13 voters who cannot go to the ballot box will benefit from the "mobile ballot box" application. In Edirne, voters who cannot go to the polls due to illness or disability use their votes by taking advantage of the "mobile ballot box" application.
