The request of 83-year-old Dilber Tunc, who has Parkinson's disease and wanted to vote for the runoff of presidential elections, was fulfilled by her son Kasım Tunc. 

Kasım Tunc, who was late in applying to 112 Provincial Ambulance Service for his mother to vote, carried his mother on his back and brought her to the classroom where she would vote. 

After the procedures here, Tunc, who went to the booth on his son's back with the ballot he received, fulfilled his duty to vote. Tunc, who voted on his son's back, threw the envelope into the ballot box and asked for the election to be auspicious.
