Turkish President Erdogan congratulated his Greek counterpart Mitsotakis on his re-election as prime minister in the runoff of the general elections in Greece.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan congratulated Kyriakos Mitsotakis, who was re-elected prime minister in the general elections held in Greece yesterday and sworn in today. Following the congratulatory message, a statement came from Mitsotakis' office.

THEY WILL MEET AT THE NATO SUMMIT

Erdogan and Greek Prime Minister Mitsotakis will meet on the sidelines of next month's NATO Summit in Vilnius, Lithuania, the statement said.

CABINET ANNOUNCED

Kyriakos Mitsotakis, who was re-elected prime minister by a large margin in the elections held yesterday in Greece, formed the new cabinet after being sworn in today. 

4 TURKISH DEPUTIES IN PARLIAMENT

In the general elections, 4 parliamentary candidates of Turkish origin entered the parliament. Radical Left Coalition - Progressive Alliance (SYRIZA) candidate Ozgur Ferhat and Panhellenic Socialist Movement (PASOK) candidate Ilhan Ahmet from Rodopi, SYRIZA candidate Huseyin Zeybek and PASOK candidate Burhan Baran from Xanthi.
