The delegation headed by the United Nations (UN) High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi visited tent camps in northern Syria where people displaced due to the attacks of the Assad regime and its supporters are staying. Grandi met with Bashar Assad the other day.

MADE A SITE INSPECTION
Grandi inspected the camps of those displaced by the attacks of the Assad regime and its supporters in Azez, Suran and Ihtimlat regions. Garandi talked to the tent camp officials in Ihtimlat town with the people who were displaced after fleeing the attacks.
MET WITH ASSAD
The United Nations (UN) High Commissioner for Refugees, Filippo Grandi, met with Bashar Assad on March 9, 2023 in Damascus.
