The Mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, announced on Twitter that she has decided to activate the crisis desk, which will include deputies, district mayors, the General Secretariat of the Municipality and the relevant managers, to meet every day. "The municipality has assembled the crisis desk, which will undertake the mission of informing Parisians every day of the ongoing strikes and their impact on daily life," the municipality said in a statement.

In this way, it was stated that the crisis desk will allow the necessary measures to be taken to ensure the continuity of public services, and it was noted that although the governorship implemented the "forced labor" procedure while the strikes continued, the situation in the capital did not improve.

THOUSAND TONES OF GARBAGE HELD ON THE STREETS

According to the news in Anadolu, thousands of tons of garbage had accumulated on the streets of Paris due to the cleaning workers' strike that has been going on for days against the government's controversial pension reform. The governor's office had initiated a "forced labor" procedure to ensure that the striking workers collected garbage, on the grounds that the garbage would endanger public health.
