An earthquake with a magnitude of 5 occurred in Akkale district of Golestan province in northeastern Iran. Officials who made a statement regarding the earthquake stated that no damage has been reported from the region so far.

Another earthquake occurred in neighboring Iran. According to the data of the National Seismological Center of Iran, the earthquake with a magnitude of 5, the epicenter of which was in the town of Anbar Alum in the Akkale district of Gulistan province, was recorded at 14.08 local time.

It was stated that the earthquake occurred at a depth of 22 kilometers. In the statement made by the Gulistan Crisis Management Center, it was stated that no damage has been reported from the region so far.
