A 19-year-old Palestinian, Qusay Jamal Matan, died in a clash between Jewish settlers and Palestinians in the Burqa village of the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah, WAFA reported.
According to WAFA, the official Palestinian news agency, Jewish settlers raided areas to the west and northwest of Burqa village, which is under the protection of Israeli forces.
In addition, Jewish settlers brought their animals with them to show that they wanted to seize Palestinian land and settle there.
According to WAFA, clashes broke out between Palestinian villagers and Jewish settlers, and one Palestinian died in the conflict.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that the deceased Palestinian was 19-year-old Qusay Jamal Matan.
Thereupon, Hamas called on the Palestinians to mobilize to counter the attacks of the Jewish settlers in its message of condolence for the murder of the Palestinian youth.
In addition, the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the armed attack by Jewish settlers on Palestinians in Burqa.
Since the beginning of the year, the West Bank has been subject to frequent raids and attacks by Jewish settlers under the protection of Israeli forces.
