Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, who is preparing to go to the G-20 Leaders Summit in India, reportedly tested positive for Covid-19. It was noted that Sanchez is in good health however, he will not be able to attend the summit and continue to work at his residence in Spain’s capital, Madrid.

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez tested positive for COVID-19 today and therefore will not attend the G-20 Summit in New Delhi on September 9-10, local sources reported.

It was announced that Prime Minister Sanchez, who underwent aCOVID-19 test this afternoon to attend the G-20 Summit, tested positive.

According to the information given to the Spanish press by the Prime Ministry sources, Sanchez is in good health and will continue to work at his residence in Madrid. It was stated that Sanchez will not attend the G-20 Summit to be held in New Delhi on September 9-10.
