Harvard University researchers discovered: Here is the simple secret of long life…

The study, which included data from 172,321 people with an average age of 50 and 54% women, found that following certain sleep habits can add almost 5 years to a man's lifespan and about 2.5 years to a woman's.

Participants were followed for about 4 years, during which 8,681 people lost their lives. Of these deaths, 30% were due to cardiovascular diseases, 24% to cancer, and 46% to other causes.

Stating that there are five different factors in quality sleep, the researchers summarized these factors affecting sleep with the following items:

- Completing 7-8 hours of sleep per night
- Difficulty falling asleep at most twice a week
- Trouble falling asleep no more than twice a week
- Not using any sleeping pills
Feeling well rested after waking up at least 5 days a week
