Argentine winger Jose Sosa has had a medical with Istanbul football club Besiktas and is expected to be unveiled soon.
The signing from Ukraines Metalist Kharkiv also met Besiktas technical staff on Monday.
The 29-year-old has previously played for Bayern Munich, Napoli and Atletico Madrid, where he spent the second half of last season on loan.
