US-led coalition hit ISIL targets in Syria and Iraq
Airstrikes have hit 7 ISIL targets in Syria and 13 in Iraq in the past three days
The U.S. coalition forces conducted 20 airstrikes against ISIL targets in the past three days, according to a Combined Joint Task Force statement on Wednesday.
In Syria, Seven airstrikes near Kobani destroyed five ISIL fighting positions and struck three other ISIL fighting positions and a large ISIL unit, "the statement said.
There were 13 other airstrikes in Iraq near Sinjar, al-Qaim, Ramadi, Mosul, Samarra, and Kirkuk.
